A Tulsa Portrait Photographer not only captures a beautiful Image - They do so much more! They guide you, they are inspired by you and the world around us and bring your Portrait Session together using influences from nature, the art world, history, and the concept of human studies.
This Tulsa Portrait Photographer specializes in photographing your true essence. This doesn’t necessarily mean, how you see yourself, it’s the beautiful way that I see you…a stranger, that has no preconceived judgments or notions about your inner dialogues. I aim to see your truth. And, I promise you, your truth is beautiful - even if you may not always see it that way.
One of the ways, our journey begins together is by getting to know one another. I want to understand you, your dreams, your fears, what makes you feel seen, what story you tell without even realizing you have a story that you’re telling.
That is my job, to observe you, to feel what you are going through, and to photograph you how I see you through the lens. In the Photography studio, your true self may only flicker through your eyes for a fleeting moment or during your entire session in the Studio. In outdoor Sessions, You will have the chance to connect with nature and we will bring out those special moments.
What if you have never been photographed before? What if you are nervous about posing? What if you are nervous about your outfit? No need to worry, I have you covered. The experience in front of the camera will be guided but it is as easy as just sitting still and looking through the lens. I will find your “Best” angles. I will find your best “story”that you will tell through your body language. Sometimes you will be confident and strong and sometimes you will be vulnerable without even realizing it. That is the beauty of having an experienced professional to work with.
With this Tulsa Portrait Photographer, we will be planning for every detail, before your Portrait Session and During your Sitting as the light changes or as the sun dips in and out of the Clouds. Where will the tide be, which order should we do garment changes, how can we get multiple hair styles in one session… these are all things that are being considered for you.
What if you are asking yourself right now, What story do I have to tell? I can promise you, there is one. There is a beautiful one that has been waiting to be released. We will explore until we find it. You should have distinctive images that make people stop to stare at in your home. Images that you are proud to see everyday when you walk by them in your home.
