San Diego Outdoor Photographer

[updated]

Choosing a San Diego Outdoor Photographer can feel quite overwhelming with all of the choices that are out there. Really it’s an easy choice if you’re looking for portraits ;) however, there are some questions that you should ask every Professional Photographer before choosing to work with them.

I will talk about them now, but if you would like to dig deeper into the best 5 tips, you can get the PDF at this signup link. Each San Diego Outdoor Photographer is different and they also have different specialties. Now, while many have enough experience to photograph anything, from events to babies, when you spend most of your time doing the same thing every single day, you put all of your creativity and energy into making those images the best that they can possibly be.

One of my favorite days during 2020 quarantine, were these outdoor portraits taken at the beach in San Diego. If you are thinking that this young lady looks a little familiar… she is actually a young Hollywood Star, who you need to follow on Instagram because she provides an important platform to help her generation learn and empower them to stand up to those who intent to take advantage of children. Check here out on her Instagram here

As a San Diego Outdoor Photographer, I am happy to photograph portraits in the East Village studio, but one of my favorite things at the moment and perhaps the safest, is to setup at the beach, have a portrait session there and then after using the studio backdrop, we can pivot over to a more natural background with sand and waves!

What made this day even more special was a local florist by the name of Brittany Austin. Her floral business is called Creations By Brittany and she is absolutely incredible. She can also be found here on Instagram at her link here.

Towards the end of this San Diego Outdoor Photographer portrait session, we also added her gorgeous sister towards the end. Can you believe her sister is not a model? I couldn’t! So I was so thrilled to grab a few solo images of her as well towards the end!

The floral creations are some of the coolest things I’ve seen so far in 2020 and 2021. Which are your favorites?

A special thank you to Brittany and Kaitlyn for being so absolutely beautiful in their spirit!
