Desert Engagement Session

Desert Engagement Photography Session with lots of Kisses
I have been a hobbyist videographer since I was little. Photography was my main chick but my family always had a camcorder. We took it everywhere. Family Reunions, vacations - everywhere! Even in the 80’s, which I have no recollection of, I was lucky enough to have Christmas and other moments of when I was a toddler documented. Before smartphones came out, we finally had our first widescreen camera that took little d-vhs cartridges and a great big professional looking microphone. I remember getting all excited because I got really good at editing live - via the fade in and outs. If you remember this…you know just how funny it is, thinking back to that.
Now, I have professional cameras, real “models”, and Adobe Premiere Pro that is amazing for a pro like myself. One of the greatest challenges is video stabilization on the go. Luckily, I’ve gotten pretty good at it and here we are today!
This session was taken in the Desert on one of the hottest days of the year, so we worked quickly and took this footage in less than 10 minutes! We had no shade and the cameras were way too hot to the touch! I am thinking about including short videos with all of my Sessions. This goes to show that in a pinch we can still get great videos for you to look back on!
What do you guys think? Should I keep working on adding video clips? Would you like to have them with your Engagement Photography Session? Personally, I would love to include this on my Wedding Site and have one to look back on one day!
With love and lots of good vibes,
